The Opportunity
We have an opening at HRBTEC for an Affiliate Network Manager (ANM). As an ANM, you will create and execute the affiliate & partnerships strategy across mobile and web, and manage affiliate programs in nationwide B2B and B2C markets acquiring new customer leads at a profitable CPA and CPL.
- Develop, expand and nurture affiliate and network partnerships, working alongside the CEO and CMO.
- Maintain a pulse on the industry with market research, competitor analysis, new trends and opportunity identification.
- Develop and maintain current industry knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies.
- Track, analyze and optimize affiliate marketing performance and traffic to scale effectively against CPA and CPL targets.
- Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to the business team and customer accounts
Is this you?
- 4+ years of experience in affiliate network performance marketing, preferably B2C marketplace knowledge, with understanding of networks and publishers.
- Experience onboarding affiliates and scaling campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills experience using tools such as Excel and Google Analytics.
- Work management experience leveraging campaign integrations and tracking through TUNE marketing platform.
- Experienced in managing CPA (cost per acquisition) and CPL (cost per lead) affiliate campaigns.
- An analytical, data-driven, continuous improvement mindset.

The Opportunity
We have an opening at HRBTEC for a Frontend Web Developer (FWD). As an FWD, you will code website and web app designs for optimal navigation, layout and user experience for our customer platforms.
- Create appealing, intuitive, highly usable web applications.
- Use a combination of coding languages (HTML, CSS, Java) to develop web pages.
- Write requirement documents and user stories, including development specifications.
- Design mockups and prototypes on tight timelines.
- Assist back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting.
- Apply graphic standards and branding.
- Promote usability best practices.
- Support application maintenance and feature enhancements.
Is this you?
- Experience coding web frontend using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JS frameworks (React), frontend frameworks (Bootstrap), and CSS preprocessors (Sass and LESS).
- Integration development experience using RESTful services and APIs for web service communications, platform scalability and service expansion.
- Development experience applying mobile responsive design and ensuring code for cross-browser functionality and usability.
- CMS development environments including WordPress, Drupal, Magento, and Joomla.
- Source code block testing, unit testing and end-to-end integration testing across UI to ensure experience aligns with requirements and user stories.
- Git code version control throughout development and testing.
